JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop vision, set goals, and strategies for products.
• Manage and coordinate project team activities to ensure alignment with project requirements and objectives.
• Manage project team workload.
• Identify and solve problems, minimize/prevent risks to ensure project progress.
• Coordinate with department heads to discuss and resolve common issues, and improve organizational processes.
• Collaborate in developing guidelines, training materials, and other necessary documents to drive project progress.
• Recruit and nurture talent.
• Lead and develop the team.
• Evaluate team performance and effectiveness.
• Contribute to building and disseminating company culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good organizational and management skills with project team members.
• Experience in managing projects using different models such as Agile, Waterfall.
• Proactive, independent, and self-motivated in work.
• Extensive experience in leading teams to achieve goals.
• Think big, set challenging goals, and have achieved significant goals multiple times.
• Possess knowledge and experience to help team members solve problems and achieve high efficiency in work.
• Successful projects during work and service.
• Have a good strategy to develop the team and products.
• Talent recruitment skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• Training, mentoring, and coaching skills.
• Proficient in English.
